Our method focuses on a science-based approach. We focus on the Learning Pyramid, which when studied, reveals that retention can be increased when as many of the levels of the pyramid are utilized.
The average learning retention increases when a skill is being demonstrated, it increases even more when students have group discussion on a subject. The largest increase, based on the Pyramid, is while practicing a skill with an average retention of 75%. Again, the structure of our program implements as many of the levels where possible to deliver the Drive 4 Your Life mission.
