About Carl Kircher
  Carl Kircher

Kircher's love for motorsports started at a young age while attending races with his father at Continental Divide Raceway, Elkhart Lake and other racetracks in the Midwest. Motorsports came naturally to him, as he learned how to build and drive racecars early in his life. Kircher began competing in Motocross in the 1970s in California and then moved into a Nissan 510 in SCCA competitions, followed by vintage motorcycle road racing in the 1980s. His nurturing nature and coaching abilities led to instructing drivers to not only drive fast, but safely and efficiently.

Following a very successful finishing record, Kircher became an instructor in the Women's Global GT series and Chief Instructor at Road Atlanta with the BMW Car Club of America. After a fatal car accident that claimed the life of his daughter's friend in what he believes was a preventable accident, he made the decision to create and implement the successful driving school, Xtreme Measures, in May 1999. He is continuing his mission to promote safe driving with the Drive 4 Your Life program, created to serve as a national platform.
